TERMS OF SALE: Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price to be paid down at the time of sale, with balance due on or before February 5, 2008. Full possession will be given at closing. Title insurance will be provided. The seller will pay the 2007 taxes due in 2008, and the buyer (s) shall pay all subsequent taxes.
